Question 1

Can I book a session first?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we start with a 10-minute Discovery Call to talk through your training history and goals, then book you in for a session based on your experience. Movida isn't a one-size-fits-all gym, so we make sure we're the right fit for you first.

Question 2

Do I need to be fit to start?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. You don't need to be flexible to start yoga — same logic here. We meet you where you are and coach the fundamentals from day one, regardless of training experience.

Question 3

What support do I get from coaches?

Accepted Answer

Real support. We notice when you're missing. You're not a number — you're part of the family. Coaches actively coach every class, cue your form, and check in on your progress.

Question 4

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

We use Ezidebit and Square. Payments run every 2 or 4 weeks. Need different timing? Just ask.

Question 5

Can I put my membership on hold?

Accepted Answer

Yes — up to 3 holds per calendar year, between 1 and 6 weeks each.

Question 6

What if I'm just travelling through?

Accepted Answer

Drop-ins are welcome. Get in touch and we'll book you in.
